Disagree out loud
If we think a spec is wrong, we'll say so on the call — not in a post-mortem six weeks later. You hired engineers, not order-takers.

Founded in Bangalore
Two founding engineers, one client, one rented desk. The first project was a marketing site for a Series A fintech that's now publicly listed.
2022
Mobile app development practice launches
Shipped our first end-to-end iOS and Android engagement. Team grew to six. Established the weekly-demo cadence we still run today.
2023
AI agent development practice spins up
Built our first production AI agent for a banking customer. Wrote the internal evaluation harness that now ships with every AI engagement.
2024
100 software projects shipped
Crossed our hundredth production launch. Opened a satellite team in Singapore for APAC enterprise software coverage.
